Fire Life Safety Director (FLSD - F89, T89)

Keep a Manhattan commercial building safe, on a weekday schedule with no weekends or holidays.
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm, or Monday to Friday, 3pm to 11pm. Tell us which shift you prefer when you apply.

The Job

You are responsible for fire and life safety in the building. You will:

- Monitor the fire alarm system

- Respond to alarms and emergencies, and coordinate with FDNY on scene

- Oversee fire safety and evacuation procedures, and run fire drills

- Keep test and inspection logs up to date and the building compliant with FDNY regulations

- Keep tenants, visitors and building staff safe and informed
