CITADEL Portfolio at Armorstack.ai — Waukesha, WI (Hybrid/Field • Greater Milwaukee, Madison, Appleton, Upper Midwest)
A day in this role
Morning in Waukesha: you review an RFP for a multi-site healthcare network that needs an NFPA 72-compliant fire alarm upgrade tied to real-time monitoring in our AI-powered SENTRY SOC. By midday, you're on-site with a manufacturer in Madison, mapping how mass notification and wireless detection can reduce false alarms and shorten incident response. Late afternoon, you brief our CITADEL engineers and VERITY advisors to shape a code-compliant solution (NFPA 72, NFPA 70, Wisconsin SPS codes) that also simplifies HIPAA and SOC 2 audit prep. You end the day confirming next steps with the AHJ and preparing a negotiation strategy that positions CITADEL + SENTRY as the intelligent, single-source alternative to fragmented vendors.
About Armorstack and the practice you’ll scale
Armorstack is a Managed Intelligence Provider (MIP) with 23+ years protecting mission-critical operations. Our platform converges cybersecurity (SENTRY), IT infrastructure (CORE), strategic advisory (VERITY), and physical security (CITADEL) into one accountable model. The CITADEL portfolio delivers Absolute Physical Integrity through access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, low-voltage infrastructure, fire alarm systems, and life safety solutions. We are rapidly expanding our Fire Alarm & Life Safety Practice to meet rising demand for integrated, code-compliant systems that feed physical events directly into our 24/7 SOC for proactive intelligence and response.
