Fire Protection Publications is a mission-driven, values-based organization dedicated to the production of high-quality educational content for the international community of firefighters and first responders. The Fire Protection Publications (FPP) Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the development and completion of International Fire Service Training Association (IFSTA)/FPP manuals and curriculum materials for national sale within planned schedules and budgets. The Project Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of a publication from manuscript to final printed or digital product ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards. They coordinate between editors, authors, designers, and eProducts managing complex, cross-functional timelines. This position includes the direct supervision of seven full-time staff.
