Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems and related equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire safety systems to ensure compliance.
• Respond promptly to service calls and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Stay updated on industry standards and fire safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience in fire alarm installation and maintenance.
• Valid state license or certification in fire protection systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• MUST HAVE F CARD .
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.
• Knowledge of local fire codes and safety regulations.
