Cascade Fire Protection in Kennewick, Washington, is currently looking for fire sprinkler inspectors due to our accelerating business growth in Southern Washington and Oregon.
Job Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of life safety and NFPA codes is preferred. NICET Level II or III preferred. Working knowledge of sprinkler controls, alarm panels, devices, and critical components is also preferred. The ideal candidate will be able to:
• Test and inspect fire sprinkler systems • Provide accurate and detailed inspection reports • Document improvements and complications • Coordinate between inspection deficiencies and service required to correct found deficiencies • Read and write English clearly • Present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, AHJs, and the general public • Possess a valid drivers license • Pass a post-offer drug screen and background check • Be able to lift up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation • Be willing to perform testing and maintenance

Ability to lift up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation. Regular bending, reaching, climbing, and walking.
Job Responsibilities
• Operate with minimal supervision while performing fire protection inspections • Perform routine inspections, testing, and services of life safety product lines • Daily communications with Project Manager and/or Schedule Coordinator on inspection or project delays, requirements, and general status of job • Work with Project Manager, Schedule Coordinator, and Office Administrative Staff to ensure complete closeout and turnover of jobs to the client • Confirm that work is completed so it can be billed in full
