What Youll Do As a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician, youll be responsible for inspecting, servicing, repairing, troubleshooting, and installing fire sprinkler systems at customer locations while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include:
Diagnose and repair fire sprinkler system deficiencies. Perform inspections, service, maintenance, and installations on fire sprinkler systems. Troubleshoot system issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Complete service tickets, inspection reports, and required documentation accurately. Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management. Maintain compliance with NFPA standards, company policies, and safety procedures. Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment. Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
What Were Looking For Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on fire sprinkler service experience. Working knowledge of NFPA codes and standards. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
4-6 years of fire sprinkler service experience. NICET certification. Experience with other fire protection systems such as fire alarm, suppression, or extinguishers.

Monday through Friday Overtime available as business needs require Participation in an on-call rotation
