Responsibilities

Complete layout fabrication installation repair and maintenance of fixed fire protection systems. Follow manufacturer instructions codesstandards and Company policies. Interpret blueprints for proper system installation repair and maintenance. Verify and select materials according to job specifications tracking and communicating material needs. Organize and prepare materials and equipment for job sites. Identify and communicate necessary changes to proposed work to Field Supervisor. Plan installationrepair sequence to minimize impact on customer activities. Cut thread and bend pipes joining and securing them using proper standards and techniques. Maintains clean and neat job sites. Upholds Eagle Fires reputation in all transactions. Commit to working until obligations are met potentially involving overtime. Complete continuing education for required certificationslicenses. Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

Self-starter able to work independently 2 years of industry experience in Sprinkler Install and Service on Wet Dry Pre-action and Deluge systems. Read and interpret diagrams blueprints and design specifications. Experience with trade tools and equipment such as pipe threader and groover Able to meet state licensing requirements andor vendor certifications. Fire Sprinkler Manufacturers Certifications NICET certification Has practical knowledge of fire protection codes and standards Excellent customer service skills Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record for the last 5 years Ability to stand for long periods lift crouch reach handle push and pull Willingness to travel and stay out of town as needed Comfortable working in various temperature conditions and exposure to loud sounds Fluent in English effective communication skills In compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988 we maintain a drug-free workplace and operate a Drug-Free Workplace program.
