Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Fire System Inspector to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform inspections and functional testing of fire protection systems, including but not limited to:
Fire alarm systems
Testing and Compliance
Acceptance Testing
Reporting
Document all testing results, deficiencies, and repairs in accordance with NFPA standards and company protocols.
Generate clear and accurate inspection reports using company-provided software or tools.
Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions to bring systems into compliance.
Communicate findings to clients and recommend solutions or next steps.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local codes and standards, particularly NFPA 72.
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working order.
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and protocols.
