Description
The Fire TI (Tenant Improvement) Technician is responsible for the installation of commercial fire life safety systems, supporting tenant improvement and retrofit projects under the direction of a Lead Technician or Foreman. This hands-on role includes demolition, rough-in work, wire pulling, device installation, and basic construction tasks while ensuring compliance with electrical codes, construction requirements, and industry standards. The technician interprets project drawings, utilizes hand and power tools, maintains a safe and organized job site, tracks work through company systems, and collaborates with customers, contractors, and project leadership to deliver high-quality fire alarm installations on schedule.
