Core responsibilities

• Water mitigation, fire and smoke cleanup, and mold remediation.
• Use of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment to execute repairs.
• Specialty services as needed: carpet cleaning and asbestos abatement.
• Selective demolition, debris removal, and support with structural repairs.
• Safe setup, operation, and breakdown of restoration equipment.
• Accurate job notes and updates for teammates and clients.

What you need to succeed

• Experience in restoration or closely related fields (construction, professional cleaning).
• Knowledge of water damage, fire restoration, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and carpet care preferred.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment, plus a commitment to safety.
• Resourceful problem-solver with strong attention to detail under time pressure.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working in confined areas.
• Valid driver’s license preferred for traveling between sites.
• Willingness to learn and adapt; training available for qualified, growth-minded candidates.
• Familiarity with restoration standards is advantageous but not required.
