Firefighter Paramedic

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Ability to work five 48-hour shifts per month (48/96 schedule)
• Must possess a current Missouri EMT-P License
• Must possess a current Driver’s License
• Preferred, but not required, St. Louis County Fire Academy training
  • Candidates who do not have St. Louis County Fire Academy training must possess a current CPAT
• Preferred, but not required, certifications include ACLS, PALS, PHTLS or ITLS, and AMLS
• Ability to meet the physical demands and perform essential functions of the position, including regular attendance
• Preference will be given to applicants with EMS experience

Wages: $70,982 starting wage, $101,304 after four years of service
