Code Consultants, Inc. (CCI) is seeking a Certified Firestop Inspector or an aspiring firestop professional to join our growing team. We welcome experienced firestop inspectors as well as candidates with a background in construction inspections, building code compliance, special inspections, fire protection, or related fields who are interested in developing their expertise and obtaining firestop inspection certification.In this role, you will perform field inspections of firestop systems, verify compliance with applicable codes and listed assemblies, document findings, and collaborate with contractors, owners, and project teams to support life safety and quality construction.Qualifications:Certified Firestop Inspector (preferred), or relevant inspection/construction experience with the desire to become certifiedKnowledge of building construction, fire and life safety systems, or code complianceStrong attention to detail and written communication skillsAbility to travel to project sites as neededICC, fire protection, special inspections, construction quality control, or related experience is a plusWhy CCI?
