Job Description
We are Hiring for Lead Firmware Engineer
Must-Have:
- 7+ years embedded firmware experience
- Embedded C/C++ with shipped-product experience (not academic/prototype-only)
- State-pattern FSM / hierarchical state machines / event-driven architecture
- HAL / driver architecture on MCU-based products
- RTOS, watchdogs, bootloaders, firmware update, low-power design
- BLE/USB/serial connectivity
- Test discipline: unit tests, hardware-in-loop, CI for embedded
- Comfortable ramping under an existing DRI rather than owning architecture solo (this is IC, not lead-of-team, despite the "Lead" in the title)
Pay Range :- $160K - $180K
This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client. All compensation and benefits, including but not limited to medical insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks, will be provided by the client in accordance with their internal policies and subject to applicable laws and eligibility requirements.
