We are looking for a candidate with a passion for the discipling of middle school and high school students, experience in youth ministry, and a team mindset. The suitable candidate will have education or experience or both inworking with youth. We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic self-starter who connects well with youth, who is knowledgeable in program development, Christian Education and teachings of the Bible, who has experience recruiting and working with volunteers, and who possesses excellent communication, organization and people skills.Compensation will be commensurate with education and experience. First Congregational Church is a small church with about 10-15 students involved in youth ministry. The position will require about 8-10 hours per week plus retreats and mission trips.
