First Cost Account Coordinator

• Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to work with others & disparate systems to gather information from different sources to prepare each order detail and summaries.
• Intermediate level user on Excel.
• Intermediate level on Microsoft Outlook.
• Must be able to understand processes and work within those guidelines to achieve problem resolution.
• Must be a strategic thinker to understand root causes of issues, provide recommendations/observations and work with Lead Agent/Director to provide solutions.
• Must be deadline oriented and not be overwhelmed with details.
• Must have precise data entry skills. (Alpha and Alpha-Numeric)
• Possess excellent written and verbal skills.
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills required.
• Proactive, Problem Solver. Demonstrates initiative.
• Ability to multi-task, while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be consistent in attendance and timeliness.
• Footwear / Sales Support / Fashion Industry/ B2B Customer Service experience preferred.
• Ability to adhere to work schedule with punctuality: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 

Responsibilities and duties include but not limited to: 

• Provide stellar end-to-end account management, customer service, sales support to International Sales Executives, Brand Managers and International Footwear Distributors.
• Communicate brand assortment information to international Distributors and compile order information from these accounts at onset of season.
• Primary point of contact for the customer after the salesperson. Maintains and communicates to Distributors’ status of all orders, including dropped styles, delivery dates/extension, pricing, and style cancelations during production.
• During order processing, production, and delivery phases, including long-term customer resolution; via e-mail and excel/systems reporting.
• Work via e-mail with Overseas Production Teams (OPD) to secure factory space and timely completion of orders, within budget, for Distributor orders.
• Liaise between Distributors, OPD, and internal Support Departments to ensure successful order production and top-notch customer satisfaction.
• Responding to and addressing matters on the same day with Distributors, Sales, and internal Support Departments via high volume e-mails (Outlook) TEAMS calls, and excel spreadsheets, Monitor and resolve any issues related to the execution of the sales order.
• Provide all support as needed and requested by the Sales Executives to help maximize sales and execution.
• Managing Customer Purchase Orders & Spreadsheets (reviewing accuracy of styles, colors and stock numbers).
• Responsible for providing Overseas Production Teams with updated packaging guides for customers.
• Covering of desks for other Coordinators as needed.
• Enter incremental orders as needed into B2B Portal, or CSA System.
• Other job functions as assigned by the First Cost Director.
