Ore City Elementary is seeking a passionate, student-centered educator to join our Rebel family! We are looking for a dynamic PK-5 teacher who believes in building strong relationships, maintaining high expectations, and creating engaging learning experiences that help every student grow.

Position Overview
The Elementary Teacher will:
- Provide high-quality instruction aligned to TEKS and district curriculum
- Create a structured, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
- Use data to drive instruction and support student growth
- Collaborate with grade-level teams and participate in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)
- Build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Support campus initiatives focused on student achievement and growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Valid Texas Teaching Certificate (PK-5, EC-6, or appropriate certification area)
- Strong classroom management and instructional skills
- Commitment to teamwork and continuous professional growth
- Experience with elementary learners preferred
