First Impression Specialist

As the First Impression Specialist, you’ll live out our core values in every interaction with both external and internal customers. The First Impression Specialist I will complete the first month of training with the specified Front Office staff and attend on-the-job training in an established market.This is an in office position located in Greeley, CO.Colorado residents: Typical pay for this role is $18-$20 per hour depending on experience plus commission that is paid monthly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION:

• High School diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:

• Previous customer service and sales experience

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

• Exceptional customer service to all walk-in customers and prospective customers as defined by secret shopper and customer feedback
• Knowledge of the benefits of ALLO products: Internet, TV, and Phone.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Raise objects up to 25 lbs.
• Remain upright on feet for extended periods
• Remain stationary for extended periods
• Ability to communicate information
• Ability to operate a computer
• Possess/Maintain a valid Driver’s License
