Role: FIS Integrity TMS Consultant

Location: Remote

Status: Contract to Hire

Pay: $90++/hr D.O.E.

Travel: Willingness to travel to client locations when required by an engagement.

We are seeking an experienced FIS Integrity TMS Consultant to support treasury technology implementation, optimization, upgrade, and integration engagements. This role will lead and support end-to-end FIS Integrity Treasury Management System (TMS) initiatives, partnering with treasury, finance, accounting, IT, banking, and project stakeholders to design and deploy scalable treasury solutions.

The ideal candidate has recent, hands-on FIS Integrity implementation and configuration experience, a strong understanding of corporate treasury operations, and experience integrating treasury platforms with ERP systems, banks, payment platforms, and other enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end FIS Integrity implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and module deployments.
• Configure FIS Integrity modules including cash positioning, liquidity management, payments, bank account management, debt, investments, foreign exchange (FX), risk, and treasury reporting.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements through workshops with treasury, finance, accounting, IT, and banking stakeholders.
• Assess current-state treasury processes, system configurations, integrations, controls, and manual workflows.
• Translate requirements into functional designs, configuration workbooks, integration specifications, and future-state processes.
• Develop and coordinate integrations between FIS Integrity and ERP, accounting, banking, market data, data warehouse, and identity management platforms.
• Implement and support bank connectivity using SWIFT, APIs, SFTP, and host-to-host connections.
• Work with banking and payment formats including BAI2, MT940, CAMT.052/053/054, ISO 20022, and ACH.
• Support legacy data extraction, cleansing, conversion, validation, migration, and reconciliation.
• Develop test plans and coordinate system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), parallel processing, and production-readiness activities.
• Support cutover planning, go-live execution, stabilization, and post-production hypercare.
• Define bank statement formats, payment files, accounting rules, cash-flow categories, transaction mappings, and general ledger interfaces.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve cash positioning, forecasting, reconciliation, payments, accounting, and treasury reporting.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues, integration failures, bank connectivity problems, payment exceptions, and reconciliation discrepancies.
• Manage assigned project workstreams, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions across multiple client engagements.
• Deliver user training and knowledge transfer to end users, power users, and system administrators.
• Maintain implementation documentation including process maps, test scripts, issue logs, configuration documents, training materials, and operating procedures.

Required Skills/Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Approximately 4-7+ years of experience in treasury technology, corporate treasury, financial systems, systems implementation, or consulting.
• Minimum 2-3 years of recent, hands-on FIS Integrity implementation experience.
• Experience participating in multiple FIS Integrity projects, preferably including at least two full implementation lifecycles from requirements gathering through go-live.
• Direct experience configuring FIS Integrity modules rather than solely working as an end user or production support analyst.
• Strong knowledge of corporate treasury functions including cash management, liquidity, payments, bank account management, forecasting, debt, investments, FX, accounting, and financial controls.
• Experience integrating FIS Integrity with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, PeopleSoft, Costpoint, or comparable ERP/accounting platforms.
• Experience with bank connectivity technologies including SWIFT, APIs, SFTP, host-to-host connectivity, and payment hubs.
• Knowledge of banking and payment formats including BAI2, MT940, CAMT, ISO 20022, and ACH.
• Understanding of user roles, segregation of duties (SoD), approval workflows, payment controls, audit requirements, and single sign-on (SSO).
• Experience developing requirements documents, functional designs, configuration workbooks, test scripts, defect logs, cutover plans, and training materials.
• Strong client-facing communication, requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage deliverables and troubleshoot functional, configuration, data, integration, and connectivity issues.
• Willingness to travel to client locations when required by an engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• FIS Integrity certification highly preferred.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or comparable treasury certification.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar project/delivery certification.
• Experience with SQL, reporting tools, data mapping, reconciliation, and interface troubleshooting.
• Previous experience with a consulting firm, systems integrator, treasury advisory practice, or large-scale enterprise transformation program.
