Summary Statement
The Division of Historical & Cultural Affairs (HCA) seeks a collaborative, strategic, and experienced professional to serve in a senior leadership role overseeing the divisionâs fiscal and business operations.  This position ensures that the divisionâs mission, vision, and values are effectively reflected in all financial and administrative functions. The incumbent will direct and manage the divisionâs fiscal operations utilizing First State Financials (FSF) and will work with the Director and management team to provide technical expertise and guidance on budgetary, financial management, and procurement processes.  Responsibilities include reviewing, and analyzing financial transitions, identifying, and resolving fiscal issues, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.  While overseeing administrative and fiscal staff, this position plays a key role in supporting sound financial stewardship, operational effectiveness, and strategic decision making across the division.
