Under the general supervision of a Program Director or designee, this is supervisory accounting work involving the payment of vendors and the maintenance, management, and auditing of local funds and federal grants awarded to a department.
Work involves preparing multiple budgets, generating detailed financial reports, and collaborating with federal grant officers, program staff, and other fiscal personnel for budget preparation, expenditure management, and procurement functions within the division.
Incumbent communicates with various government and private entities to ensure accurate financial billings and timely payment processing.
This position requires a confidential relationship to a policymaker.
