GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:
Directs the organizations financial planning and accounting policies, procedures, processes, and operations as well as its relationship with funding sources and banking institutions. Interpret and communicate the fiscal operations of the Agency to provide information and guidance to the Chief Executive Officer, governing board, and other managers. Responsible for overall Agency fiscal health; custodian of funds, securities, and assets of the organization.
