About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fish and Reptile Sales Associate to join our team at our Zionsville location.  As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert knowledge on our wide range of fish and reptile products. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales to meet and exceed our targets. You will work closely with the Store Manager to maintain a clean and organized store, and to ensure that all products are properly stocked and displayed.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent1+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the pet industryExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysPreferred Qualifications:Experience with fish and reptile care and maintenanceKnowledge of POS systems and inventory management softwareAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsResponsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional mannerProvide expert knowledge on our wide range of fish and reptile productsDrive sales by recommending products and promotions to customersMaintain a clean and organized store environmentEnsure all products are properly stocked and displayedSkills:As a Fish and Reptile Sales Associate, you will utilize your excellent communication and customer service skills to provide expert knowledge on our wide range of products.
