Fitness Associate

Fitness Associate:

• Fitness Associates greet all members and guests in a professional manner as you enter the fitness center and promotes the benefits of the facility in a positive manner and by example.
• Is available to members and guests to assist them.
• Keeps the fitness center organized and clean at all times to ensure safety.
• At least 18 years old

• Part-time employees begin accruing Sick Leave immediately upon hire and Paid Time Off (PTO) after one year of employment
• 12% Retirement Plan - The YMCA will automatically contribute an additional 12% of the eligible employee's monthly income into their YMCA Retirement Plan when the following requirements are met:
• The employee has been employed with the YMCA for 2 years
• The employee has worked 1,000 hours during each of any two 12-month periods
• The employee is 21 years of age or older
