Our Hiring Process
Application Review – You’ll hear from us via text or email within 24-48 hours after submitting your application.
Phone Interview – A 10-15 minute phone call with the owner to get to know you better.
In-Person Interview – Meet with our General Manager (your direct boss) at the studio, get acquainted with the team, and complete a more formal interview.
References – Provide business references as part of the final review process.
Training & Certification – Once hired, we’ll set up your training dates to get you Stretch Zone Certified and ready to start!
