Fitness Attendant

Bonita National Golf and Country Club, located in Bonita Springs, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Fitness Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greets members and assists with fitness center needs.

• Answers phones and member inquiries.

• Schedules training and other appointments.

• Performs minor custodial duties, such as wiping down fitness equipment.

• Performs opening and closing duties when needed.

• Professionally demonstrates knowledge of facilities and services offered at the club.

• Serves as a point of control to ensure that all those entering the facility are authorized to do so.

• Provides professional and courteous service to all inquiries, whether in person or by phone.

• Escorts any member or guest needing assistance whenever possible.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must possess familiarity with and understanding of fitness equipment.
• Must be member service-oriented and possess a professional manner.
• Interest in fitness required.
• Previous experience preferred.

Knowledge/Skill:

• Ability to read and speak English is required in order to perform the duties of the job.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.

Certificates/Licenses:

• CPR Certification preferred.
