Twin Creeks Country Club is a premier private club dedicated to providing a world-class experience for our members. Our fitness and wellness center plays a key role in helping members achieve their personal health goals in a supportive and professional environment.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a certified Personal Trainer with 3–5 years of experience in a country club or upscale fitness setting . The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, professional in demeanor, and skilled in creating customized training programs for a diverse clientele. The ability to lead group fitness classes is a strong bonus and highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to clients’ goals and fitness levels
• Develop and maintain personalized fitness programs
• Track client progress and provide ongoing motivation and support
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the fitness area
• Lead or assist in group fitness classes (optional but preferred)
• Collaborate with the fitness and wellness team to deliver a top-tier member experience

Qualifications:

• Current Personal Trainer certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent)
• CPR/AED certified
• 3–5 years of personal training experience, preferably in a country club or high-end fitness facility
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends - We are currently seeking someone who can primarily provide evening and weekend availability to meet the needs of our members
• Experience teaching group fitness classes and small group training is a plus
