We are currently seeking a Dance Fitness Coach at Richmond Leisure and Wellbeing Hub.

We would also welcome any interested coaches whom can cover;

•        Strength & Conditioning
•        Circuits
•        HIIT
•        Step
•        Other suitable group exercise classes

As a Fitness Coach you will work within North Yorkshire Council's Leisure Services team to provide support, encourage and motivate customers to achieve positive health and wellbeing goals. The role involves supervision of customers, ensuring their safety and satisfaction, to plan and deliver effective and enjoyable classes to a broad range of participants whilst following North Yorkshire Council's policies and procedures at all times.

What we need from you:

• Hold the relevant qualifications (or be able to achieve it prior to employment) to ensure safe and effective practice and undertake ongoing CPD training in line with qualification standards and organisational protocols.
• Good understanding of customer care and working with customers/general public.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to use own initiative.
• Be able to give clear, accurate, and assertive instructions verbally and through the correct use of signals to customers and other members of the team.
