At Snap Fitness Willmar, we believe great coaching changes lives.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident. Someone who gets excited about seeing members hit their first push-up, lose their first 20 pounds, or finally move without pain.

If you love coaching people more than showing off your own workouts, we'd love to meet you.

This isn't a role for someone chasing social media followers or looking for a quick stepping stone. We're looking for a coach who enjoys being on the gym floor, building relationships, solving problems, and making every session the best hour of someone's day.

What you'll do

• Coach one-on-one and semi-private personal training sessions.
• Create individualized fitness programs based on each client's goals and abilities.
• Help members improve movement, build strength, and gain confidence.
• Teach proper exercise technique while keeping workouts fun, engaging, and safe.
• Encourage, motivate, and celebrate every win-big or small.
• Build relationships that keep members excited to come back each week.
• Utilize our coaching systems while customizing programs to fit each individual.
• Assist with Coach Catalyst messaging, challenge accountability, and occasional habit coaching.
• Help keep the facility clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Contribute to the continued success of our personal training department.

Qualifications

• Personal Training Certification (or willingness to obtain one within 60 days of hire)
• CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for fitness and helping others succeed
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience is welcomed, but coachability and genuine care for people matter even more.
