Fitness Coordinator - Senior Living Wellness

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Fitness Coordinator to join our Fitness and Wellness Senior Living team. This is a remote position with travel as needed throughout the service area and to BAYADA headquarters in South Jersey.

As a Fitness Coordinator, you''ll play a key role in supporting wellness programming across our senior living communities. You''ll coordinate fitness classes, recruit and support instructors, manage community relationships, and help ensure our programs consistently deliver a high-quality experience for residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to senior living communities, residents, and internal partners
• Coordinate fitness classes and wellness programming across assigned senior living communities
• Manage a portfolio of communities and ensure appropriate instructor coverage
• Source, interview, hire, and onboard fitness instructors
• Manage weekly payroll processes and maintain accurate employee files
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with fitness instructors, senior living communities, sales teams, and service offices
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including attendance, instructor reliability, class cancellations, and other program metrics
• Identify opportunities to improve program performance and participant engagement
• Attend regular meetings with the sales team and supporting service offices
• Travel throughout the service area and to BAYADA headquarters in South Jersey as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s degree required, preferably in Health Sciences, Business, Exercise Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Experience with fitness or wellness programs in senior living communities is a plus
• Demonstrated record of achieving goals and successfully taking on increasing levels of responsibility
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Ability to travel as needed throughout the service area and to South Jersey headquarters
