This is a Part-Time position requiring flexible schedules Monday-Friday for AM (6am-12pm) shift with occasional PM shift (12pm-4:30pm). POSITION SUMMARY:
The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for front desk services maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere for members and guests.
PRINCIPAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Screens members verifying member / guest status
- Answers telephone, takes messages and transfers calls
- Directs members to appropriate staff / schedules appointments
- Answers questions about hours of operation, check in policy, guest fees, swim team and other scheduled events.
- Rings up sales of merchandise and guest fees.
- Keeps reception desk neat and clean.
