- Install new fitness equipment for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their equipment needs.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness equipment technologies.
- Ensure safety standards are met during all service operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a fitness equipment technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of various fitness equipment brands and models.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the Raleigh to Fayetteville area for service calls.
