ALLOY PERSONAL TRAINING - Studio Manager | Full-Time | Boca Raton, FL

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and studio policies
- Support planning for challenges, events, and client celebrations
- Handle the administrative work needed to keep the studio running smoothly day to day
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of coaching experience in fitness (personal training or small group training); experience coaching larger groups (3 to 6 clients) in a high energy setting is a strong plus
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, ISSA, etc.) or a degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology

- Teachable and growth-oriented, with genuine interest in growing into a Director role
- Outgoing, empathetic, and able to inspire confidence in both clients and staff
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
