BODYROK Seattle is Hiring: Fitness Instructors

BODYROK is known for the burn. We've built a reputation from California to NYC for delivering some of the most efficient workouts around — and now we're bringing the heat to Seattle. Belltown and Queen Anne are our starting point but expanding to Bellevue and U Village this winter too and many more to come!

Our signature Hybrid Pilates Method runs on custom-built reformers: 45 minutes, full body, zero time wasted. Clients tell us it's one of the best workouts they've ever had. Our instructors are mic'd up, music pumping, high energy, in sleek modern studios — quick transitions, nonstop movement, maximum intensity without the impact. People leave strong, sweaty, and recharged.

If that's the kind of room you want to run, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Earn

  • $40–$70 per session, scaling with class size — the bigger your following, the more you make
  • Guaranteed minimum pay per class, so you're never guessing
  • Performance bonuses on top of base class pay
  • Referral bonuses for bringing new instructors onto the team
  • A clear path to Lead Instructor, with a pay bump when you get there
Example: instructors teaching a full weekly schedule typically build toward consistent monthly earnings well beyond the per-class minimum as class sizes grow.

Perks

  • Flexible schedule
  • Unlimited class drop-ins
  • Celebratory instructor milestones
  • Quarterly team events celebrating company growth

What We're Looking For

Confidence, energy, and a genuine passion for fitness and music — that matters more than a perfect resume. You should be comfortable leading and motivating a room, with strong cueing and communication skills and a solid grasp of anatomy and biomechanics.

At least a year of experience PREFERRED  in one of the following is preferred but not required: Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HIIT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness.

Getting Certified

BODYROK certification runs $1,000–$1,500 and is what gets you trained on our reformer method and cueing style.
