Job SummaryOur Fitness Marketing & Sales Directors are people who are passionate about the value martial arts and fitness adds to a person's life. They must be fully invested to market and sell martial arts lessons to the whole community. A successful director can double the gross income of a studio. They are usually the first and most important contact that a prospective student/client has with a school. They must be friendly, professional, personable, and approachable. Being detailed and organized is key! No prior martial arts experience needed.ResponsibilitiesExecute lead generation (systems provided) in monthly advertising and promotionsFollow and complete daily task and business statistics tracking in the Management ManualDrive marketing programs to increase student membership salesAssist with facility management: ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and upholds brand standardsCoordinate and execute community events regularly to engage with prospective students/clients (Parent's Night Out, White Belt Buddy Bash)Oversee and implement all corporate initiatives and activities including marketing campaigns and community/event sponsorshipsAccomplish new membership monthly goalsAccomplish upgrade goals for all upgrade programsSell 90%-100% of equipment packages of Basic, Black Belt, Premier Training, and other programsAccomplish overall studio revenue goals through down payments, paid-in-fulls, and equipment packages for new and upgrade membership sales, plus miscellaneous pro shop sales, tournaments, testing fees, and eventsQualificationsCan‑do attitude as a self‑starter with strong attention to detailSales‑driven attitudeStrong desire to make an impactAbility to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to work in conditions with multiple priorities, extended schedules, and specific time constraintsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsTeam playerAbility to communicate clear decisions, next steps, and accountabilityPremier Martial Arts is an equal opportunity employer.Job Type: Full‑time#J-18808-Ljbffr
