They are fully invested in marketing and selling martial arts lessons to the entire community. A successful Director can double a studio's gross income. They are the first and most important contact prospective students have with a school, and must be friendly, professional, personable, and approachable. Detail oriented and organized is key! No prior martial arts experience is required.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesExecute lead generation (systems provided) in monthly advertising and promotionsFollow and complete daily task and business statistics tracking in the Management ManualDrive marketing programs to increase student membership salesAssist with facility management: ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and upholds brand standardsCoordinate and execute community events such as Birthday Parties, Parent's Night Out, and White Belt Buddy Bash to engage prospective students/clientsOversee and implement all corporate initiatives and activities including marketing campaigns and community/event sponsorshipsAccomplish new membership monthly goalsAccomplish upgrade goals for all upgrade programsSell 90%-100% of equipment packages of Basic, Black Belt, Premier Training, and any other programsAccomplish overall studio revenue goals through down payments, paid‑in‑full, equipment packages, miscellaneous pro shop sales, tournaments, testing fees, and eventsPremier Martial Arts reserves the right to change job descriptions at any time based on business conditions, which may include expanding this job's responsibilities and assigning additional duties consistent with the position's purpose.
