Crunch Fitness in Midland Park, NJ is looking for a motivated Fitness Membership Consultant to join our team!

As a Membership Consultant, you'll be the face of Crunch - helping new members start their fitness journey, building community connections, and driving membership growth. If you love people, thrive on hitting goals, and bring great energy everywhere you go, we want to meet you!

Position is 25 hours per week with the potential of turning into full-time in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive external membership sales and bring new business into the club

• Give engaging tours and offer trial memberships to prospective members

• Activate new memberships and upgrade existing ones

• Build strong relationships with members, prospects, and local businesses

• Participate in community events and create partnerships with local vendors

• Collaborate with ownership and marketing to execute promotional campaigns

• Assist with front desk duties which include greeting members, answering phones, and helping at the juice bar

• Consistently strive to meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience required (fitness industry experience preferred but not required)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly personality

• Strong organization and time management skills

• Ability to multitask and work as part of a team

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
