THE MISSION: We are looking for a high-energy "Owner of the Shift." This role is for someone who takes pride in two things: Closing sales and maintaining an elite-level facility. You are the face of our "Strength and Support" brand.
THE EXPECTATIONS:
1. Sales & Growth (The "Revenue" Side):
The 10-Call Rule: We provide the warm leads and the scripts. You make a minimum of 10 outbound calls a day to book appointments.
CRM Mastery: Use GymSales to manage your pipeline and follow up with future members.
The Premium Tour: Sell the value of our Sauna, Tanning, and Human-Touch Massage Chairs.
2. Facility Excellence (The "Standards" Side):
White-Glove Environment: You don't walk past a mess. You proactively check the gym floor every hour to ensure supplies are stocked and equipment is spotless.
The Checklist: Following a strict daily cleaning and maintenance schedule is non-negotiable.
Management Pipeline: You are our "First Responder." You communicate any maintenance, cleaning, or member issues to management ASAP. If it's broken, we need to know before the members do.
3. Operations:
Accurately handling customer transactions and opening/closing the register with zero errors.
WHO YOU ARE:
You are restless. You’d rather be cleaning or calling leads than sitting behind a desk.
You have a "Yes, and..." attitude. (e.g., "Yes, I closed 3 sales today, and I also deep-cleaned the sauna.")
You are a communicator. You keep management in the loop on everything.
THE PAY:
$10–$12/hour (Base)
Uncapped Commission on membership sales.
Total Pay Potential: Top performers can significantly increase their hourly average through consistent sales.
