HOTWORX Grimes is growing and looking for high-energy, goal-driven individuals to join our team. This is more than a front desk role — you’ll help drive sales, support members, and build a strong fitness community.

About HOTWORX
HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtual instructor-led workouts inside infrared saunas, plus a functional training area.

What You’ll Do
• Lead studio tours and sell memberships/retail
• Follow up with leads and support sales goals
• Deliver a high-level member experience
• Build relationships to drive retention and referrals
• Assist with social media and local outreach
• Maintain a clean, organized studio and complete daily tasks

Staffed Hours
Mon–Thurs: 11AM–8PM
Friday: 9AM–6PM
Saturday: 9AM–2PM
Evenings + Saturdays required

• Outgoing, confident, and goal-oriented
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized and reliable in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with social media
• Sales/customer service experience preferred (not required)
