Position: Fitness Sales Associate | Part-Time

HOTWORX Omaha South is looking for a motivated Fitness Sales Associate who loves connecting with people, thrives in a goal-driven environment, and wants to be part of a fun, high-energy team.

ABOUT HOTWORX ??

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtually instructed workouts inside our patented infrared saunas.

Members can choose from 12 different infrared workouts, including Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Cycle, Hot Thunder, Hot Buns and more — plus our FX Zone featuring weights, kettlebells, battle ropes and functional training equipment.

Our mission? Help members achieve MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME.

THE ROLE

This is not just a front desk job. Our Fitness Sales Associates play a huge role in growing the studio, creating an amazing member experience, and bringing the energy that makes HOTWORX different.

You’ll be responsible for:

?? Sales & Studio Growth

• Sell memberships, packages, and retail products
• Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and in-person conversations
• Give engaging studio tours and confidently ask for the sale
• Participate in local outreach, events, and community partnerships
• Work toward individual and team sales goals

?? Member Experience

• Create a welcoming, positive experience for every member and guest
• Build relationships with members and help keep them motivated
• Educate guests on HOTWORX workouts, infrared benefits, and membership options
• Help new members feel comfortable and confident getting started

?? Studio & Team

• Support social media content and studio promotions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio
• Assist with member accounts, scheduling, and transactions
• Bring a positive attitude, professionalism, and ENERGY to every shift
• Be a team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal candidate is:

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to new people
• Sales-minded and motivated by goals
• Positive, energetic, and dependable
• Passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping others
• Comfortable making phone calls, sending follow-ups, and asking for the sale
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and technology
• Available for a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
• Previous sales, fitness, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus!

STAFFED HOURS

Monday–Thursday: 11AM–8PM
Friday: 9AM–6PM
Saturday: 9AM–2PM
