JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking motivated, passion-filled individuals who are fitness-minded and have a love for building an AWESOME membership community! We are the fastest-growing indoor cycling brand, seeking individuals who want to grow with us. We offer opportunities to advance and great earning potential, including a salary plus commission and bonus potential.

Currently hiring for morning-midday shifts, late afternoon-early evening, and Saturday mornings.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Our CBX- CycleBar Experience (Sales) Associates are valuable team players who grow our membership base and build the CycleBar experience:

• Manage the full life cycle of the sales process from generating leads through closing membership, as well as promoting retail sales
• Provide superior professional and friendly service to all new and existing riders
• Role model the brand; help to build an inclusive, engaging team environment that promotes relationships with staff and members
• Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production and maintain the brand's standards
• Partner collaboratively with studio management and franchise owner
• Participate in special events occasionally (e.g., community markets, grand openings, and fitness events) to promote the club

REQUIREMENTS  

• Minimum of one year in retail or fitness sales 
• Excellent sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
• Must have a genuine hospitality focus and passion for people and fitness
• Ability to learn the Club Ready software systems
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and text/email
• Preferred: At least 6 months of experience in the fitness, wellness, or beauty industry

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to move bikes, and perform minor bike maintenance, as well as clean (e.g., CycleTheater, bathrooms, lobby, etc.)
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
