About the Role:
YogaSix in Wayne, PA is looking for an energetic and passionate Fitness Sales Associate to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the first face members and guests see, helping them discover the transformative power of yoga while driving membership growth. If you love fitness, people, and making a real impact, this is the opportunity for you.



Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage prospective and current members in a welcoming, professional manner
• Drive membership sales through lead generation, follow-ups, and studio tours
• Educate guests on class offerings, membership packages, and pricing
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and key performance metrics
• Manage front desk operations including check-ins, scheduling, and member inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and energetic studio environment
• Support retention efforts by building strong relationships with existing members

Requirements:

• Prior sales or customer service experience required
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and the yoga lifestyle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale software
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a team-player mentality
