What You'll Do

• Proactively reach out to prospective members and generate new opportunities
• Follow up with urgency and consistency-no lead left behind
• Build rapport quickly and create interest in the club
• Schedule appointments and drive strong show rates
• Work toward daily and weekly activity and sales targets
• Take ownership of your pipeline and results

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience required
• Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations
• Confident communicator across phone, text, and email
• Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
• Goal-oriented, reliable, and motivated to perform
• Positive energy and a professional presence
