Fitness Sales Manager

Full-Time | On-Site | St George, Utah  Base $50,000–$70,000 + Commission + Bonuses

D1 Training is seeking a sales leader to own revenue growth and lead sales performance. This role is responsible for closing premium training packages, coaching team members on sales execution, and driving consistent results in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Successful sales experience (high-ticket preferred)

• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals

• Strong closing, follow-up, and objection-handling skills

Preferred

• Fitness sales experience 

• Sales leadership or team coaching experience

• Background in performance training or athlete development

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through close and retention

• Conduct consultative sales appointments and sell high-ticket training packages

• Achieve monthly revenue goals with a target 50%+ close rate

• Lead and coach staff on sales strategy, follow-up, and conversion

• Drive local marketing, referrals, and community outreach

• Track KPIs and maintain accurate CRM records
