Fitness Services Representative - Part time, North Scott YMCA

Pay: $12.00/hour

Schedule: Must be able to work evenings and weekends

We are seeking fitness mined individuals to provide outstanding customer service to YMCA members and guests while creating a welcoming fitness center environment.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist members and guests
• Demonstrate equipment use
• EGym orientations
• Monitor facility access and enforce policies
• Show members how to use fitness equipment
• Support personal training sales
• Maintain clean and organized fitness areas

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience required
• Ability to pass background check
• CPR/AED/First Aid (or obtain within 30 days; training provided)

This position is expected to be able to successfully perform all physical activities necessary to perform essential and related functions of the job including, ability to frequently lift a minimum of 45 pounds efficiently and safely. CPR/AED/First Aid certifications are required, training available at the Y if not currently certified.
