Your Role as a Stretch Practitioner:
As a Stretch Zone practitioner, you will work one-on-one with clients to help them move better, feel better, and live better through assisted stretching. You will:
Assist clients in reaching their mobility and wellness goals
Deliver comfortable, effective stretch sessions using our patented methodology and belting system
Boost clients’ energy, mental clarity, and overall wellness
Thrive in a teamwork-centered, supportive environment
Using our patented and proprietary equipment, Stretch Zone practitioners follow specific protocols to properly position, stabilize, and manipulate muscles using powerful principles of neuromuscular behavior—helping clients improve athletic performance, range of motion, reduce stiffness, and enhance reaction time.
Who We’re Looking For:
Background, certifications, or interest in fitness, wellness, kinesiology, or health professions
Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (a plus)
Passion for health, wellness, and helping others thrive
Hands-on learners eager to master new techniques
Positive, professional, and reliable individuals
Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
Must have reliable transportation
All new hires complete and pass a paid certification week, ensuring you are confident and ready to help clients from day one.

Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
