Primary location is at the Land O Lakes studio, but additional coverage in and New Port Richey location as needed.

Major Responsibilities:

Assist the Gym Owner in carrying out our 9Round Mission Statement and in running a profitable gym - up to and beyond Franchise requirements.

The perfect person will be a fitness enthusiast who loves to smile, laugh and have fun! Must be in-shape and athletic. We are ONLY interested in individuals that have lots of outrageous personality and are very good at multi-tasking.

Supervision Received:

Ongoing direct supervision from Gym Owner

• Ability to motivate and guide members at their current fitness level

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain stellar customer service with all members (current, previous & future)
• Maintain a clean, safe & professional gym
• Ability to work as a contributing team member and independently
• Internal and external sales & marketing required
• Any and all duties required to run a successful, profitable gym that adheres to the Franchise Standards

Job Description:

Under the direction of the owner, the Fitness Trainer will maintain a fun, fast paced, 30 minute circuit cardio kickboxing gym and work a mix of both morning, evenings and Saturdays; 50% training and 50% administrative which includes selling and prospecting. Energy, enthusiasm and dependability are required! We provide all necessary training and certifications. Compensation: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
