# OVERVIEW

Job Title: Pipe Fitter Fabrication Schedule: Monday - Friday, weekends as needed Location: Fabrication yard, Houma

## RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lay out, position, align, and secure parts for welding and bolt-up.
• Measure, mark, cut, bore, fit, and/or install various piping and structural components in accordance with blueprints and job specifications using hand and power tools such as saws, cutting torches, pipe threaders, benders, etc.
• Follow fitting procedures and principles used in fabrication of offshore jackets, decks, heliports, and production facilities.
• Participate in JSAs and all other Safety, Health, and Environmental Processes.
• Conduct behavioral-based safety observations.

## QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 or more years of prior fabrication experience.
• Able to interpret ISOs and P&IDs.
• Able to fabricate/install pipe supports.
• Verify spool dimension.
• Perform system walk-down to validate proper installation.
• Able to hydro-test and reinstate.
• Able to cut with a torch.
• Experience using safe work habits.

Candidates will be required to pass:

• Written Fitter & ISO Assessment
• Hands-on Fitter test
