Fixed Assets Manager
Salary: $110K-$115K

Key Responsibilities for the Fixed Assets Manager:



  • Manage fixed asset accounting including capitalization, depreciation, and subledger maintenance
    • Oversee inventory valuation, cycle counts, and physical inventory processes
    • Perform monthly close activities including reconciliations, rollforwards, and variance analysis
    • Monitor equipment usage, allocations, and capitalization vs. expense decisions
    • Support audits and maintain compliant internal controls and documentation
    • Partner with operations to optimize asset utilization and working capital


Qualifications for the Fixed Assets Manager:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • 5+ years of experience with fixed assets and inventory accounting
    • Hands-on experience with reconciliations, asset tagging, and close processes
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CMIC experience preferred
