Fixed Income Reporting Analyst

We are currently seeking candidates for a Fixed Income Reporting Analyst at a global asset management company. based in Downtown Boston, MA 02110. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in mutual fund accounting and/or reporting (Fixed Income highly preferred) in the financial services/asset management industry(s).

This is a temporary role (est. 6 months with possibility of conversion) and will pay between $37.00 -  $42.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week.

The position produces high-quality, accurate, and timely reporting to senior team members and managers.

Starts October 19^th, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Collect data and analyze investment performance
• Audit investment portfolios - Calculate fund-level and security-level performance
• Verify data (return %, etc.)
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly audit/report package
• Compare to benchmark and analyze by industry
• Audit and reconcile holdings

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mutual fund accounting and/or reporting experience in the financial services/asset management industry(s)
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics)
• Strong Excel (VLOOKUP & pivot tables) skills
• Team player with a strong focus on getting the job done within established strict timeframes
