University Housing is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated person to serve as a FIXX Assistant Call Center Specialist. The FIXX Assistant Call Center Specialist will be responsible for managing inbound calls, creating, and submitting service requests. Work hours will include evenings and weekends.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for answering inbound calls and entering information into a database.
Build positive relationships with residents and staff, ensuring that all questions and requests are handled appropriately
Frequently escorts outside contractors inside residence halls
Attend staff meetings on a regular basis
Coaching and training with student staff
Other duties as assigned by the Work Control Manager
Must be able to work evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
Attention to detail and organization
Able to work on own
Experience and strong Customer Service Knowledge
Data entry experience
Experience in conflict resolution with Customers
